Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. AcerGadget Store, operated by Alioth Technology HK Limited, offers a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In original, unused condition — not opened, installed, or damaged by the customer
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included cables
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened and show signs of use
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or physical damage
  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or serial numbers
  • Downloadable software or digital licenses

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@acergadgetstore.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was shipped in error by AcerGadget Store.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Warranty Claims vs. Returns

If your product fails after the 30-day return window, it may still be covered by the manufacturer warranty (1 year for Acer, 2 years for Plugable). See our Warranty page for details on how to make a warranty claim.
