Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.99 | FREE on orders over $49
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@acergadgetstore.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
